Testimony from Sierra Leone
What a wonderful testimony I have to share with you today from Sierra Leone. This person writes:
I am Nigerian Adeoye Prince of All Africa Baptist Youth Fellowship (President) and in less than 30 days, the Prayer Covenant has affected my family in such a positive way. I met with Pastor Elias in August of 2017 and was part of one of his Prayer Covenant training sessions. He gifted me The Power of the Prayer Covenant for Children book, booklet and prayer card. Once I returned home, I started using the prayer lines with my children and involved a sister of my local church to minister to the children in church with this prayer tool. It is unbelievable!
My daughter Wisdom who is 10 had just been admitted to a boarding school. I was worries about the kind of life kids have there and my fear was increasing knowing that many behave very badly. How can I prevent my daughter from behaving this way? One thing I have missed in my Christian life is how to help my kids develop a strong prayer life. With the Prayer Covenant, Wisdom started praying by herself and even the last time before I travelled, she came and asked, “Daddy, can I pray for you?” so she did. I am feeling so secure because Wisdom can pray by herself now and not only that she is thirsty (or hungers for prayer). As prayer is one of the strongest weapons we have as Christians, I know my daughter will have a successful Christian life in boarding school. This is only possible through my connection with the Prayer Covenant for Children.
We are very excited to have just formally partnered with All Africa Baptist Youth Fellowship. They oversee 48,000 Baptist churches throughout Africa. In fact out of the 10 fastest growing Baptist churches in the world, the top 5 are in Africa and part of AABF. We are launching a huge evangelistic outreach using prayer covenant resources throughout the continent. They want to mobilize one million children to pray and share their faith with 45 persons over 90 days. Please pray for this massive outreach initiative that God will pour out the needed resources to print the prayer cards and gospel fliers, that Satan’s plans to hinder this will be thwarted and millions will be impacted by the gospel. It will begin October 1st of this year through the December 31st. We will keep you posted with updates.
